I love to read non-fiction motivational books in my key areas of interest – wellness, productivity, coaching and positive psychology. If I really enjoy the content, I make notes in one of my moleskin’s as I read, and I try to refer back to the notes as reminders of my potential, and the choices I can make in my life.

Each month, I will post a summary of a non-fiction book that I found helpful and inspiring. These notes are not intended to be a review of the book – they are extractions, supplemented by my own thoughts as to what made them meaningful, for me.
