About Louise
My Approach:
I believe strongly in the myriad of possibilities that life has to offer, and love to help my clients feel empowered and excited by their own potential. I help them to recognize more opportunities, and to see less barriers. I believe that they hold the answers and the key to finding their own sense of flourishing and fulfillment. I support their growth by listening deeply, questioning carefully, encouraging reflection, and helping them to re-discover their strengths, and how they can be used more in their personal and professional lives. I help with the setting of realistic goals, and in identifying the behaviors and habits to achieve them.
Background:
Over the last 24 years I have worked in sales, marketing, customer service, management and leadership roles. I run a Promotional Gifting business, and over the years have thrived in the creative, collaborative and customer-focused environment of my industry. I believe in positivity, productivity and engagement as key drivers for work and life satisfaction. Running my own business has given me the freedom to experiment with different performance and productivity techniques, with valuable lessons learned along the way. Outside of work, I love the energy of regular exercise, the challenge of reading and writing non-fiction, the relaxation of music, the escapism of being in nature, and the comfort of spending quality time with friends and family.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of South Africa, a Post Graduate Diploma in Brand Management from The Triple A School of Advertising, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Cape Town, and five part course in Positive Psychology through Coursera.
